HELLO MY LOVE💖SPREADERS!

My name is Julia Presten. I am 23, from New York City, and recently graduated from the University of Wisconsin–Madison where I studied Human Development & Family Studies focusing on Relationship Science. I LOVE love and have always been a hopeless romantic. ​

Throughout my 23 years on earth, I have read several books on dating and relationships, written papers on the biology of beauty and sex appeal, and compared all the dating apps by experience. At UW–Madison, I had the privilege of studying with Christine Whelan, an expert in dating and marriage patterns. Her inspiration, paired with my tutelage under professors Linda Roberts (who studied with John Gottman) and Kristy Burkholder, I am trained in empathetic communication, as well as reflective communication.

I have worked in the matchmaking industry for two summers, and learned about human interactions through my undergraduate studies of couple and family dyamnics, as well as, well-being and mindfulness. 

While I know about various contemporary dating apps like Tinder, Bumble, JSwipe, The League's, Hinge, and more, I exclusively work with Hinge and advise my clients too as well. The app is not photo-centric and more-so focuses on the science that brings two people together.

My services are customized experiences. From the first meeting with my clients, I assess their particular needs, and figure out how I can help them achieve their goals. I really believe in treating everyone with kindness, and I understand that love is the most sensitive area of one's life.
